Treatment Rooms (Bristol) Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 04923246) with a registered office at 14 Park Row, Bristol, United Kingdom, BS1 5LJ.

When you use our services, you’ll share some information with us. We want to be upfront about the information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices we give you to control, access and update your information. For the purposes of data protection legislation, we are the data controller of your personal data. In the course of providing you with our service, we will have your full name, email address, telephone number and date of birth.

  • enable us to book you in for a treatment;
  • confirm a booking with you;
  • send you reminders about a booking;
  • provide customer support; and
  • where you consent, send you news about our latest offers and promotions.

We ask you for this information so that we can fulfil our contract with you and for our legitimate business interests.

We share your data with third party suppliers as an essential part of providing our service to you. For example, companies that provide data storage centres.

We will not transfer your personal data outside of the EEA.

Keeping your personal information secure

We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost or used or accessed in an unauthorised way.
